ArcelorMittal Zenica traditionally tries to mark International Women’s Day (IWD) in a special way, which we did this year. On the occasion of IWD, March 7, 2025, the HR and Communications Department of ArcelorMittal Zenica organised another inspiring guest appearance by two successful women, who shared with our female employees their experiences in the business world, as well as the challenges of balancing private and business life. Sema Alyamac, CMO ArcelorMittal Europe – Long Products and Aldina Alić, Head of the Department for Public Relations, Analytics and Planning of the Police Department of the Ministry of Interior, Zenica-Doboj canton, shared their life stories with us. Both guests were captivated with positive energy, confidence, knowledge and life wisdom that certainly left a strong impression on today’s audience.
About 135 employees of ArcelorMittal Zenica and Toplana Zenica attended the event. On behalf of all female employees, we thank the guests for their presence and share our sincere enthusiasm.
