As part of the celebration of Health and Safety Day last week, our Company organized a study visit for more than 30 students from two Zenica faculties – students of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology (study program Environmental Protection Engineering and study program Occupational Safety and Fire Protection) and students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn about the organizational structure of the H&S Department, the legal and corporate regulations that regulate H&S, as well as the safety culture, and the results achieved in the previous period. In addition, students attended an exhibition of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as a demonstrative rescue exercise in a hazardous gas area and confined space.
