“This is a result of a couple of key improvements which we make to ensure better productivity, focus has been put to ensuring maximum time to run at a maximum speed (monitored by an IBA analyzer), and small corrections of roll-pass design. Besides that, I have to highlight the great cooperation between the production and maintenance team, their dedicated work, and ambitious targets from year to year. Every single delay on the Mill is equally painful for the whole team and the result of the Mill is a common success. Well planned, coordinated, and organized all jobs, matched with planned stoppages giving us better reliability – we had a working ratio of 75,5%. Besides this, our team is working hard on quality improvement projects.
